DETAILS:
Seattle Tempest and Seattle Cascades are hosting a pair of youth ultimate clinics on Wednesday, November 11th. Veteran's Day is a holiday for many schools, and so we're hoping to provide some fun ultimate programming for kids! The AM session will run 9:00am-12:00pm, and the PM session runs 12:30pm - 3:00pm. You can register for for one or both sessions.
SNACKS: We will provide snacks, including fruit, bars, chips, and fruit snacks.
LUNCH: Players who are participating in both the AM and PM sessions should bring a lunch. We'll take a lunch break 12:00pm-12:30pm.
Beginners focus on solidifying skills, fundamental strategies, and spirited play. Experienced players have opportunities to engage in intermediate and advanced ultimate tactics, in addition to refining skills, practicing SOTG, and making friends! Most sessions include a strength & agility component and all clinics include plenty of play-focused activities.
We will run a brief age-appropriate workshop on either a Social Justice issue or a Social Emotional Learning topic.
Registration is open to elementary school, middle school, and high school students; kids in grades 1st-12th. All genders welcome, including players who compete in the girls division, boys division, and mixed division.
Each kid who signs up gets a disc to take home!
CHECK IN:
Drop off {8:15-9:00am} or {12:00-12:30pm.} When you arrive at the clinic, we'll confirm that you're registered and hand you a disc. Kids can hang out under our tents or toss a frisbee around until we begin our programming.

Pick up {12:00-12:30pm} or {3:00-3:45pm.} Our check-out process does not require a signature. If you have specific directions/requests for who will pick up your child, let us know.
WHAT TO BRING:
- Cleats or athletic shoes for playing on artificial turf.
- Appropriate clothing. Keep an eye on the weather.
- A water bottle. (We'll provide coolers for re-filling your bottle.)
- An appetite for good sportspersonship and strong competition!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cancel your registration more than two days ahead of time, we will offer you a full refund. If you cancel within two days of the day in question, you may request a credit towards a future Seattle Ultimate clinic. If we cancel the clinic, we’ll refund 100% of the registration fee.
