CHECK IN, CHECK OUT:
When you arrive at camp, we'll confirm that you're registered and take care of any outstanding paperwork. Players will be supervised from that point until they are picked up at the end of the week.
Sunday drop-off is 6:00-7:30pm. Players should eat dinner prior to check-in, or bring a sack dinner.
Saturday pick-up is 12:30-2:00pm. You can pick campers up at any point during this time frame. Campers will have eaten lunch.
Day Campers: we suggest dropping off during/after breakfast (8am-9am) Monday-Friday. Feel free to pick up during the dinner time frame (5pm-6pm) or after our evening activities conclude at ~9:00pm. On Saturday, check-out is 12:30-2:00pm, after lunch.
Monday drop-off? Friday pick-up? In previous years, we've organized two drop-off windows and two pick-up windows for overnight campers. While this years camp will begin on Sunday evening, we welcome players to arrive Monday if that's preferable. Likewise, towards the end of camp if you need to pick up on Friday evening instead of Saturday, we can arrange it. Email Xtehn to work out a solution.
If your child is will be dropped off or picked up by an adult who is not a legal guardian, emailing us ahead of time is appreciated. Likewise, if you're running late or have a special request let us know by emailing ahead or texting Xtehn (camp director) day-of.
